
Breaking News: QF583, Sydney to Perth, is diverting to Adelaide after an emergency situation.
Online flight tracker Flight Radar reported that QF583 had issues late on Thursday night Perth time, possibly with cabin pressure.
The Qantas flight to Perth was Flying level at 10,000 feet, which often indicates a pressurization issue with the aircraft.
The aircraft diverted over the great Australian bite.
Update
The aircraft landed at Adelaide airport shortly 2am Adelaide time.
Initial investigations showed no structural damage to the aircraft, air traffic control reported.
