Perth’s newest waterfront venue, perfect for afternoon sessions, summertime sundowners and evening sojourns – opens in South Perth.

Rambla on Swan, situated in South Perth on the banks of the Swan River is set to reopen today with a newly renovated waterfront deck bar, providing the ultimate spot for a long lunch or sundown beverage with unparalleled views of the river and city skyline.

The river-side venue has been closed since March and undergone a full remodel with a focus on casual dining. The newly redone restaurant, alfresco and deck bar will see an expanded cocktail, beverage and food menu, to be enjoyed whilst taking in panoramic and uninterrupted scenes.

Rambla on Swan food selections.

Pick between casual bites whilst you sip on cocktails overlooking the Swan, including Rambla’s carefully curated share boards such as The Pescatarian Board that includes freshly shucked oysters, Shark Bay Scallop ceviche, garlic roasted prawns, salmon sashimi, Thai fish cakes and crispy local market fish. The venue has kept a number of the old menu favourites, however the added focus of casual dining will see  dishes such as a milk bun steak sandwich, Crispy Fish Tacos, a selection of pizzas and more added to the menu.

If you’re looking for a sit down meal or something more substantial, dishes such as Carnarvon Prawn and Shark Bay Scallop Spaghetti, Margaret River Wagyu Rump Cap, Grilled Market Fish and Rambla Super Salad are on offer too.

Rambla’s renovations are part of the plan to activate the riverside in South Perth following the success of the Large Numbat and Frilled Neck Lizard sculptures. The following stage of development plan to see the addition of two coffee shops beneath Coco’s Restaurant.

Whether it be a casual drink, weekend long lunch or mid week dinner, there is no better spot to bask in exceptional views whilst taking in Perth’s glorious weather than at Rambla on Swan.
